Brest State Technical University Rector Andrei Nikolaevich Parfievich and Colonel Aleksei Vyacheslavovich Isakov, Head of the Military Department, are participating in the annual national training camp, which is being held June 3–4, 2026, at the Belarusian State University of Transport. Representatives of the Ministry of Defense and heads of higher education institutions with military faculties and departments are participating.
The event is being held with the participation of Colonel Andrei Petrovich Bogodel, Deputy Head of the Faculty of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Military Academy, and Colonel Andrei Vladimirovich Klishevich, Head of the Military Education Department of the Armed Forces.
The key goal of the training camp is to improve the system for training reserve personnel for the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. During the program, participants discussed a number of strategic issues, including:
analysis of the current military and political situation in the Republic of Belarus;
updating teaching materials for military disciplines;
advanced training for faculty at military departments.
Particular attention was paid to cooperation between the Ministry of Defense and universities in implementing the military training program for students. This cooperation not only provides young people with the necessary knowledge and skills but also instills in them a high level of patriotism and responsibility.
