Logoisk hosted a leadership school: from public speaking skills to teamwork

A training school for the youth activists of the Belaya Rus public organization, participants of the All-Belarusian Debate League, has opened in Logoisk. During the four-day program, participants from across the country will develop leadership qualities, public speaking skills, and teamwork. Brest State Technical University (BSTU) students Alesya Kozel and Vladislav Borzdun, from the Faculty of Electronic Information Systems, are studying.

Day one was entirely dedicated to developing key leadership competencies: from reading the emotions of others to analyzing the country's human resources potential. Highlights included a profiling masterclass with Anton Prikhodko, Director of Profile LLC, where participants learned gestures and facial expressions for effective dialogue; a discussion on the Technology Agreement platform as part of the Solutions Center project; and lectures from the Knowledge Society on empathy and environmental profiling. Olga Zuyonok, director of Notamedia Group, will give a master class on "The Power of Speech: How to Attract a Large Audience" and a final informal evening on the open terrace.

The educational program will culminate on the third day, "Psychological Aikido." Young leaders can also participate in an interactive master class, "Communication Without Borders," which will explore the fundamentals of communication psychology, journalism, working before switching off, and nonverbal communication. Particular attention will be paid to conflict management and countering provocations: journalist Grigory Azarenok will share his experience, and the program includes a master class by Maxim Nesterenko, Head of the Protocol Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, dedicated to organizing events and protocol work.

The final event will be the decisive stage of the All-Belarusian Debate League. The school trip will conclude with a historical route through Logoisk to the Stalin Line complex and a summary of the educational program.
