On Friday, a ceremony was held at Brest State Technical University (BrSTU) to sign a cooperation agreement between the university and CJSC "Brest Beer and Beverages." The document was signed by BrSTU Rector Andrei Nikolaevich Parfievich and the company’s Director, Sergei Alexandrovich Nenev.
This significant event builds upon strong partnership ties established last summer. At that time, nine university students completed an internship at CJSC "Brest Beer and Beverages" through a program organized by the BRSM (Belarusian Republican Youth Union) and BrSTU.
The aspiring specialists distinguished themselves during their time at the plant, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility; consequently, they received certificates of merit and letters of appreciation from the company's management. During the summer internship, the students and the plant's experienced staff developed not only productive working relationships but also warm, friendly bonds.
The new agreement elevates this cooperation to a qualitatively new level. The parties intend to join forces in the practice-oriented training of highly qualified personnel—specifically in high-demand fields such as mechanical engineering and the automation of beverage bottling lines.
"We need such competent, motivated personnel, and we are ready to provide comprehensive support to young people as they develop into professionals," noted representatives of CJSC "Brest Beer and Beverages."
The signing of the agreement opens up new opportunities for BrSTU students: they will now be able to undergo practical training at the plant, participate in joint projects, and count on securing their first job at the company.
