On November 20, 2024, a ceremonial meeting was held in Brest dedicated to a significant date - the 85th anniversary of the establishment of Brest Customs. The event brought together representatives of various structures and organizations associated with the customs service, as well as honored guests, including Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus for the Brest Region Valery Vakulchik, Chairman of the State Customs Committee Vladimir Orlovsky, customs officers from all regions of Belarus, customs chiefs of different years, representatives of all generations: veterans, students of the Faculty of Economics of the Brest State Technical University specializing in Customs Affairs, as well as students of customs classes.

The Rector of BrSTU Sergey Antonovich Kasperovich and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics Victoria Vasilyevna Zazerskaya took part in the festive event. They joined the ceremonial event to personally congratulate the staff of the Brest Customs on the anniversary and emphasize the important role of this structure in ensuring the economic security of the state.
