On November 28, the Faculty of Electronic Information Systems organized a meeting for 4th-year students majoring in Artificial Intelligence with the Director of Automation at Savushkin Product OJSC Valery Vasilyevich Taberko and employees of the enterprise.

Valery Vasilyevich outlined the relevance of the specialty being acquired by students, the importance of artificial intelligence in modern production and the possibilities of its application in process automation using the example of Savushkin Product OJSC.

To implement the practice-oriented nature of the diploma design, Valery Vasilyevich and the students discussed possible topics, examples of current problems faced by Savushkin Product OJSC and how they can be solved using artificial intelligence technologies, and also analyzed promising areas of research and development in this area.

The meeting with industry representatives was an excellent opportunity for students of the Faculty of Electronic Information Systems to ask important questions, gain an understanding of current trends in artificial intelligence, receive advice on choosing topics and forming project groups when completing their diploma projects, and establish professional contacts.
