Dear colleagues, students, and members of the creative community at Brest State Technical University!

Please accept our sincerest and warmest congratulations on your professional holiday - Belarus Cultural Workers' Day!

Today, on the second Sunday of October, we honor those whose profession is to bring joy, preserve heritage, and inspire great achievements. We are accustomed to taking pride in the solidity of our foundations, the precision of our calculations, and the innovation of our engineering solutions. Yet, behind every technical formula stands a human being, and it is culture that shapes the individual.

It is you - the professionals and enthusiasts of the cultural sphere - who create the unique atmosphere in which future engineers, builders, and economists grow into well-rounded individuals. You cultivate aesthetic taste, foster creative thinking, and teach others to see beauty.

The Department of Student Initiatives and Cultural Activities at BrSTU is rightfully proud of the constellation of talents that bring renown to our university. Among them are the "Belaya Vezha" People's Academic Choir, the "Slovo" People's Theater Studio, the "Edelweiss" modern and variety dance troupe, the "DE FORCE" variety performance studio, the "Dance FAM" modern dance group, the folk and pop singing studio, the "Sensatsiya" vocal group, the "Melnitsa" folk song ensemble, the "Skarbnitsa" folklore theater, the "Rodnaya Mova" literary and musical association, and many others. Every concert, exhibition, and festival you organize is a vital part of the educational process, helping students unlock their potential, gain self-confidence, and feel like part of the large, close-knit BrSTU family. You create a space where talents are born and the boldest dreams come true.

On this festive day, I wish you boundless inspiration, brilliant creative ideas, and resounding victories! May your energy be an inexhaustible source of joy for those around you; may every performance draw thunderous applause, and every project open up new horizons. May your work and studies bring well-deserved success, and may the walls of our university always remain a place where precise calculation and the delicate soul of the creator harmoniously blend.

Happy holiday!

With best regards,
Rector of Brest State Technical University
